Taking highly ambiguous situations, with limited requirements, and rapidly coming up with successful solutions is something he consistently does with joy. 

Justin also enjoys mentoring and teaching anyone who requests it. It is no surprise, then, that many seek out to be a part of his team or request time for assistance years later. He believes that the best results come from inspiring team members, leading by example, and delegating with trust but verifying results. A particular motivation of his is to build a strong and lasting organization around the triple bottom line of people, planet, and profit.
